Academy Policies

Payment is due on or before the first day that the session begins. 

 

Late Fees:

Payments not paid by the third day of the session will have a late fee added. The late fee will be $20. 

Example: Session begins Oct 28th - Payment is late on the 31st.

 

Make-Ups:

GA Tennis Academy will only have make up practice for the days cancelled due to inclement weather for those who have signed up for 2 days a week program. If we schedule a make-up for a cancellation, and you do not come, there will not be a credit.

If you signed up for 1 day a week make up day will be held during other ACADEMY that you are not attending.

All make-up classes must be completed in a 4 week period.

 

There are No Make-Ups or Refunds for days missed for personal reasons or illness. 

Credit may be given for an illness or injury. GA Tennis Academy will need a Doctor’s note on file.

Private Lesson Policies

 

Payment: Please bring package lesson payment in full at the beginning of the first lesson. Make checks payable to GA Tennis Academy.

 

Cancellations: Please notify your tennis instructor 24 hours in advanced if you will miss a lesson or need to make a schedule change.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of a lesson. The full fee will be charged for missed sessions without such notification.

 

All lesson packages must be completed in a 4 week period.
Please be aware that private lesson schedule changes from one month to the next.
