Willy Araujo was born in the Dominican Republic, where he started playing tennis at a young age.  By the age of 8 yrs old he was the number one (1) player in the 10 and under and remained number one for 3 consecutive years. At 11 years old, Willy moved to Puerto Rico and remained in the top 5 through out his junior career.  This includes a number 1 ranking in doubles in the 18's category.  He later went on to play college tennis at Jefferson State in Alabama at the number one position in both singles and doubles.  Willy has over 15 years coaching experience which includes Head Pro and Junior Director in Montclair VA where he created and grew various tennis programs, ran junior and pro tournaments, summer camp and league clinics.  Today, Willy brings his coaching skills to GA Tennis Academy in Atlanta GA.  

Gilberto "Gilly" Alvarez

Over 18 years of coaching experience and managing tennis facilities in the Atlanta area. Gilly has coached top nationally and internationally ranked juniors. His coaching experience ranges from beginners to World Tour players. Gilly was a Silver medalist in tennis at the Central American Games, quarterfinalist at the Pan American Games, was a singles finalist at the Rolex Small College National Championship and took first place at the National Junior College Championship two years in a row -- singles and doubles All-American.

Gilly is known for his consistency of producing and building many players from scratch to elite level. 

Gilly is fully committed to help young players improve and achieve their goals.

Jared McCall grew up in Alpharetta, GA where he picked up tennis at the age of twelve. He was a student of Gilly’s where he competed in many tournaments in the Southeast throughout his junior career. Since 2013, he has been coaching at GA Tennis Academy. In the Spring of 2017 he graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Today, when Jared isn’t coaching, he still enjoys competing in tennis leagues around Atlanta.
